Rinse with warm water

Your gums will get relief by rinsing with salt in warm water. Bleeding from the gums will stop and the pain due to swelling will also subside. Repeat this 4-5 times a day.

Turmeric paste

The properties present in turmeric benefit the gums like every other part of the body. Rub turmeric paste on the gums and rinse off with water after keeping it for 10 minutes. Do this 2-3 times a day, the gums will get relief.

Oil pulling

Oil pulling or gargling with coconut oil can prove beneficial for teeth and gums. With this, the problem of germs, plaque and pyorrhea is removed in the mouth. It maintains oral health.

Honey

Massaging the gums with honey gets rid of the problem of bleeding and swelling. The anti-inflammatory properties of honey prevent the infection of gums from one gum to another.

Coconut oil

Rubbing coconut oil on the gums is also an effective recipe for bleeding gums or swelling. You can do this in the morning and evening.

A sidenote: stop smoking

Smoking is connected to gum disease in addition to increasing the risk of lung cancer, heart disease, and stroke. In fact, smoking is one of the leading causes of gum disease. Smoking weakens your immune system, making it more difficult for your body to fight plaque bacteria. Gum disease might result as a result of this. Quitting smoking can aid in the healing of your gums and the reduction of bleeding. Consult your doctor about the best way to assist you in quitting smoking.
