HASA hosts its annual congress in Cape Town from 25-27 September at the ICC

The Hospital Association of South Africa (HASA) is the representative body for the majority of private hospitals in South Africa. It hosts its annual congress from 25-27 September at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC).

Every year HASA hosts a conference and exhibition to stimulate healthcare debate, showcase products and services, and provide an opportunity for everyone involved in healthcare to share learning, research and the latest trends in healthcare policy, regulation, and operations.

The 2017 conference theme is “The Healthcare Puzzle- integrating healthcare.”

During a period of unprecedented and accelerated change around the world, the conference will feature a number of international and local speakers who, together, explore how to respond to the global healthcare puzzle through integrating healthcare.

Among those who have benefitted from past conferences have been hospital and nursing managers in the public and private sector; academics, policymakers and regulators, clinical and quality control managers; various others in the healthcare sector; medical staff; suppliers; consumer champions; local and international media; and Non-Governmental and Aid Organisations.

Registration fees and sponsorship

Conference registration fees are priced to ensure a high level of competitiveness and attendance at these important debates.

The HASA 2017 Conference delegate fee is R 7 500 excl. VAT.

The exhibition provides stakeholders and suppliers to the healthcare industry with a great, targeted opportunity to showcase their products and services to a relevant and appropriate market.

This year, the exhibition area will be open to delegates from 16:00 on Monday, 25 September to 17:00 on Wednesday, 27 September. All tea breaks and lunches will be hosted in the exhibition area.
