Dr Patel bio

Dr Razina Patel qualified as a medical doctor at the University of the Witwatersrand in 1989 and then went on to do her specialist training and qualified as a consultant in obstetrics and gynaecology in 1998. She practiced at Park Lane Clinic in Johannesburg for 15 years before joining the Sandton Fertility Centre. In her experience, Dr Patel has met people who yearn for the privilege and pleasure of bearing children and who were saddened by the fact that they couldn’t. Together with Dr Mohamed, Dr Patel dedicates her expertise to facilitating pregnancies at the Sandton Fertility Centre. She will not only hold the patients’ hands through this journey but will do it with best of scientific equipment and knowledge together with the heart and soul that she believes should be part of the treatment.
